Factoids: F. W. Stroschein purchases the (Roy) Phillips pool hall (next to the Princess theater) and took possession July 15, 1911.
By August 1911, he made arrangements for a two-bed bowling alley, latest and up-to-date 1911 style, to be delivered.
Carpenters were working on the bowling alley in Stroschein's pool hall by February 1912.
There are 1912 notices that Stroschein also had shooting gallery contests at the pool hall in conjunction with the bowling alley.
The Stroschein pool room was scheduled to be moved to Rock Springs by July 1912.
By July 1915, Albany County National Bank filed suit over an outstanding note for $1400 against F. W. Stroschein and George Phillips, which later went to a jury trial that same year.
At this time, I suspect the alley was likely an arcade contraption similar to the previous Laramie alleys.
