Laramie Lanes originally opened in 1957 with ten lanes (9 - 18 today) before adding eight additional lanes (1 - 8 today).
Buzz Fazio attended the grand opening of Laramie Lanes. Reference to (David) Pete Burns as owner/manager per the 1958 Polk Laramie City Directory with Brunswick automatic lanes. Reference to Maxine Epler as owner/manager of the Laramie Lanes Snack Bar per the 1959 Polk Laramie City Directory. In 1983, the 38th Annual Wyoming Women's State Bowling Tournament was held here. Alice Snow and Ray Moe won the 1983 Masters-Novice Tournaments at both Pinnacle Bowl and Laramie Lanes. Reference to Ed and Shell Burns as owners/managers of Laramie Lanes Lounge & Liquor in 1990 per an advertisement in the 45th Annual Wyoming Women's State Bowling Tournament Book.
